3. 3. Activities of representatives for ethics in the sphere of anti-corruption are organized by inclusion in their standard work plans for the corresponding year, approved by authorized body for public service, various actions of preventive nature.

4. Annually, no later than the first preceding the first quarter of the next year, authorized body on anti-corruption go to authorized body for public service of the offer on actions of preventive nature for forming of the standard work plan of representatives for ethics the forthcoming year.

5. Annually, on the basis of the offers which arrived from authorized body on anti-corruption no later than the twentieth preceding the first quarter of the next year, authorized body for public service the standard work plan of representatives for ethics taking into account urgent activities is developed and affirms as the sphere of anti-corruption.

6. Information on implementation of the standard work plan of representatives for ethics periodically is placed on Internet resource of authorized body for public service.

7. By authorized body on anti-corruption if necessary information concerning activities in the sphere of anti-corruption of the central state bodies authorized on ethics (except for law enforcement and special state bodies, and also the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and their territorial subdivisions, departments of the central state bodies and their territorial subdivisions, foreign institutions, audit committees, offices of akims of areas, the cities of republican value, the capital, the cities of regional value, areas, areas in the cities can be in addition requested.
