According to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Criminal code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Laws of Ukraine "About pre-trial detention", "About personal data protection", "About electronic communications", "About information security in information and communication systems", "About the Disciplinary charter of National police of Ukraine", Item 38 parts one of Article 23, Item 9 parts one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police", the paragraph of third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of settlement of activities of temporary detention centers of National police of Ukraine, and also reductions of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning activities of National police of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the Instruction for providing detention regime and protection of persons containing in temporary detention centers of National police of Ukraine;

2) the Instruction about procedure for use of systems of video surveillance in temporary detention centers of National police of Ukraine;

3) Regulations in temporary detention centers of National police of Ukraine.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of January 20, 2005 No. 60/DSK "About approval of the Instruction about work of temporary detention centers of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine and the instruction on the organization of convoy of detainees and the detained persons in law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 25, 2005 at No. 268/10548;

2) the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 02, 2008 No. 638 "About approval of Regulations in temporary detention centers of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2009 at No. 137/16153 (with changes).

3. To department of interaction with National police of Ukraine the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsovm.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
