The convention on criminal liability for the corruption of January 27, 1999 signed by the Republic of Belarus in Strasbourg on January 23, 2001;
The additional protocol to the Convention on criminal liability for corruption accepted in Strasbourg on May 15, 2003;
The convention on civil responsibility for the corruption of November 4, 1999 signed by the Republic of Belarus in Strasbourg on March 25, 2004.
Article 2. Terminate the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe concerning privileges and immunities of representatives of members of Group of the states against corruption and members of inspection teams signed in Strasbourg on January 22, 2010.
Article 3. Recognize invalid:
The law of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2003 No. 199-Z "About ratification of the Convention on criminal liability for corruption";
The law of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2005 No. 75-Z "About ratification of the Convention on civil responsibility for corruption";
The law of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2007 No. 276-Z "About removal of the statement of the Republic of Belarus to the Convention on criminal liability for corruption";
article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2008 No. 349-Z "About introduction of amendments to some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning activities of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus";
The law of the Republic of Belarus of November 1, 2010 No. 182-Z "About ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe concerning privileges and immunities of representatives of members of Group of the states against corruption and members of inspection teams";
The law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2014 No. 214-Z "About ratification of the Additional protocol to the Convention on criminal liability for corruption".
Article 4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take the measures necessary for realization of provisions of this Law.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective in the following procedure:
paragraphs of the second or fifth, seventh Article 3 - from the date of entry into force of denouncements of the international treaties specified in article 1 of this Law;
the paragraph of the sixth Article 3 - from the date of cancellation of the international treaty specified in article 2 of this Law;
other provisions - after official publication of this Law.
