ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About the organization and functioning of the Agency of geodesy, cartography and inventory (carrying out restructuring in the field of geodesy, cartography and the inventory and modification of some regulations)

Based on Items b) and e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and article 12 of the Law No. 246/2017 on the state and municipal companies (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 441-450, 750), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Rename the Agency of land relations and inventory into the Agency of geodesy, cartography and inventory – the central administrative authority subordinated to the Government.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Agency of geodesy, cartography and the inventory according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Organizational structure of the Agency of geodesy, cartography and inventory according to appendix No. 2;

3) to Organigramm Agentstva of geodesy, cartography and the inventory according to appendix No. 3;

4) the List of public subjects in which the Agency of geodesy, cartography and the inventory acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the List of regulations to which changes, according to appendix No. 5 are made.

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency of geodesy, cartography and inventory in number of 46 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

4. Create public institution "Inventory of real estate" by restructuring (allocation) of public institution "Agency of the state services". To the agency of geodesy, cartography and inventory to perform function of the founder of public institution "Inventory of real estate" on behalf of the state.

5. Are transferred to public institution "Inventory of real estate" from the Agency of the state services of field of activity: creation and maintaining the inventory of real estate, other information systems and registers in the field, accomplishment of cadastral works and assessment works of real estate, management of data of the inventory of real estate of Central Bank, implementation of state registration of real estate objects and property rights to them, provision of the state services in the field of the inventory, and it becomes successor of the rights and obligations relating to the adopted fields of activity.

6. Approve:

1) the Charter of public institution "Inventory of real estate" according to appendix No. 6;

2) the Organizational structure of public institution "Inventory of real estate" according to appendix No. 7;

3) to Organigramm of public institution "Inventory of real estate" according to appendix No. 8.

7. Establish the extreme number of staff of public institution "Inventory of real estate" in number of 915 units with the annual salary fund according to the legislation.

8. The personnel working in structural divisions of the Agency of the state services according to the fields of activity transferred to public institution "Inventory of real estate" are subject to transfer or release, in case of impossibility of its translation, according to the regulatory base.
