1. Impose import ban of cars, with right-hand arrangement of wheel, in unassembled form on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - code of the CN FEA EEU) from 8703 21 * except for 8703 21 109 1; from 8703 22 *; from 8703 23 *; from 8703 24 *; from 8703 31 *; from 8703 32 *; from 8703 33 *; from 8703 40 * except for 8703 40 109; from 8703 50 *; 8703 60 * except for 8703 60 109; from 8703 70 *; from 8703 80 000 *; from 8703 90 00 *; from 8706 00 910 *; from 8707 10 900 0 *; from 8707 90 900 9 *).

2. To committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control in case of interaction with the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this order of prohibition specified in Item 1.

3. To provide to committee of the industry of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
