1. in Rules of carrying out testing of results of the developmental and technological works approved by the specified order:

"13) prototype within the state defense order - the sample of goods of the military (products), goods (products) of dual purpose (application) made during the course of performance developmental works on again developed, finished or corrected (for the purpose of upgrade) design-technology documentation for check by carrying out testing of compliance of such sample to the tactical specification (to the technical specification, tactical technical characteristics) on accomplishment of developmental works within the state defense order, correctness of the made technical solutions, and also determinations of possibility of acceptance on arms and the subsequent transfer to serial production;".
2. To provide to department of defense industry complex of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
