According to subitem 5-1) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About compulsory social medical insurance", Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2023 No. 1156 "About limiting establishment of size of interest rate of commission fee of non-commercial joint-stock company "Fund of Social Medical Insurance", PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Establish for 2024 the size of interest rate of commission fee of non-commercial joint-stock company "Fund of Social Medical Insurance" (further - Fund) within the extreme size established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on implementation of activities of 1,32 Fund of percent from the size of the assets which arrived into the account of Fund for month under report.
2. To provide to department of corporate development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) within five working days from the date of adoption of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
