2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Science and Technology Solutions joint-stock company (in coordination) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of share of society to Committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
