About approval of Regulations of activities of JSC Finance Company of Credit Unions

2. Declare invalid:
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 27, 2005 No. 12/6 "About new edition of Provisional rules of regulation of activities of OSOO "Finance Company on Support and Development of Credit Unions in the Kyrgyz Republic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 9, 2005, registration number 71-05;
- the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 27, 2009 No. 25/9 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 27, 2005 No. 12/6 "About new edition of Provisional rules of regulation of activities of OSOO "Finance Company on Support and Development of Credit Unions in the Kyrgyz Republic", registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 9, 2005, registration number 71-05;
- Item 2 of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 26, 2010 No. 36/15 "About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic".
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month after official publication.
4. After official publication to send to Legal Management this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To management of methodology of supervision and licensing to bring this resolution to the attention of JSC Finance Company of Credit Unions.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Chokoyev Z. L.
