1. Approve the enclosed Rules of production and placement of signs with the name of state bodies on office buildings.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of production and placement of signs with the name of state bodies on office buildings

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of production and placement of signs with the name of state bodies on office buildings (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 422) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry and the construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 864 "Some questions of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for production and placement of signs with the name of state bodies on office buildings in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) state bodies - the public institutions authorized by the Constitution, the laws and other regulatory legal acts on implementation on behalf of the state of functions on:

to the publication of the acts determining obligatory rules of conduct;

to management and regulation of the socially important public relations;

to control of observance of the obligatory rules of conduct established by the state;

2) public institutions - structural or subordinated division of the central, local representative and executive body;

3) sign with the name of state bodies - the wall element of facade bearing in itself reference information about the name of state body;

Chapter 2. Production and placements of signs with the name of state bodies
