About creation of "Fund of Development of Defense Industry Complex" joint-stock company

According to the subitem 3) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About defense industry and the state defensive order" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create "Fund of Development of Defense Industry Complex" joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society financial support of domestic scientific and technical developments and upgrade of the organizations of defense industry complex.

3. To create the authorized capital of society at the expense of means of the republican budget in the amount of 265722000 (two hundred sixty five million seven hundred twenty two thousand) tenges.

4. And constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Industry ministry:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of society of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of society in The Government for Citizens State corporation;

4) transfer to the Industry ministry and constructions of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
