About entering of amendment and change into the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In article 346 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021:
To add 1) in the name after the word of "spoil" with the words "or creation of illegal obstacles for movement";
Part 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Destruction, damage, dismantle, blocking or other damage of the vehicle, infrastructure, means of communication or technical means of the organization of traffic, means of the alarm system or communication or other transport equipment, or unauthorized placement of the signs or other technical means regulating movement, and also creation of illegal obstacles for traffic safety if this act caused on imprudence heavy or average weight harm to health of the person:
it is punished by penalty in the amount of tenfold to the thirtyfold size, or social jobs lasting from hundred till two hundred o'clock, or short-term imprisonment for the term of not over two months, or imprisonment for the term of not over three years.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication.
