For the purpose of effective carrying out public procurements and use of budgetary funds by the organizations financed from the republican budget according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for expense optimization of the republican budget, increase in efficiency of use of budgetary funds by state bodies and local government bodies" of December 2, 2021 541, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:

1. To state bodies of the executive authority to reduce budget estimates for the corresponding fiscal year by the amount of the saved means from carrying out public procurements based on information on economy on the pattern of ownership "the republican budget" placed on the official web portal of public procurements, except for:

- means of special accounts;

- the means provided on acquisition of medical goods and services and food;

- the funds allocated for the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations;

- the means provided on acquisition of permits to sanatorium treatment and wheelchairs for disabled for persons with limited opportunities of health;

- the means provided on ensuring defense;

- means of bodies of homeland security;

- means of law-enforcement bodies.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to accumulate the funds of the budgetary institutions financed from the republican budget, saved as a result of carrying out public procurements in the Section "Nation-wide Expenses (State Programs, Actions and Payments)" on appropriate sections of functional and economic classification of expenses;

2) the means specified in the subitem 1 of Item 2 of this resolution to use as source of financing of additional expenses according to the separate decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic providing entering of corresponding changes into the law on the republican budget for the corresponding fiscal year.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
