About some questions in the sphere of the park of the creative industries
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 4, of 5, 7 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Park of the creative industries", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the List of types of activity of the Park of the creative industries according to appendix.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of creation of the Park of the creative industries" of June 23, 2023 No. 327 the following changes:
in Regulations on the Supervisory board of the Park of the creative industries approved by the above-stated resolution:

To National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of need to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic the draft of the act providing entering of corresponding changes into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the State qualifier of the Kyrgyz Republic "Types of economic activity" of January 11, 2011 No. 9.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
