1. This Technique is developed for the purpose of ensuring single approach on implementation of verification of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and persons with disability (further - the public assistance) and the government public assistance on leaving (further - the help on leaving) which appointment and payment are performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to persons with disability".
2. Terms in this Technique are used in the values given in the Laws of Ukraine "About verification and monitoring of the state payments" and "About the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to persons with disability".
3. This Technique is developed taking into account provisions of regulatory legal acts in the sphere of legal regulation of provision of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements and to persons with disability, and also carrying out verification.
1. Verification of the public assistance and the help on leaving is performed by comparison of data on the recipients presented by the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, and information of subjects of provision of information.
