export licensing and import of the specific goods included in appendix No. 1 to this Decree is performed by Information analysis department concerning development of foreign trade activity, the export potential of industries of economy and the territories of the republic of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
examination and registration of import contracts, and also examination of the tender documentation and specifications is carried out by the Center of complex examination of projects and import contracts under the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the legislation.
2. Ceased to be valid.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve Regulations on licensing procedure for export and import of specific goods in a month.
4. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the project of the Regulations on procedure for examination of import contracts and tender (competitive) documentation, and also assessment of tender (competitive) offers in a month.
5. Ceased to be valid.
6. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
7. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments together with the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this Decree in a month.
8. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding Otazhonov N. S., the Foreign Trade Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ganiyev E. M., chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments Akhmedkhodzhayev A. I.
