1. Approve Regulations on remuneration for reproduction for personal reasons of the audiovisual works, works and execution realized in soundtracks, soundtracks it (is applied).
2. Establish:
the list of the made (made) in the territory of Republic of Belarus equipment which is usually traded on for reproduction of the audiovisual works, works and execution realized in soundtracks, soundtracks according to appendix 1;
the list imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus of the equipment and the material carriers which are usually traded on for reproduction of the audiovisual works, works and execution realized in soundtracks, soundtracks according to appendix 2;
amounts of remuneration for reproduction for personal reasons the audiovisual works, works and execution realized in soundtracks, soundtracks according to appendix 3.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2008 No. 321 "About some questions of payment of remuneration for reproduction for personal reasons the audiovisual works and works realized in soundtracks";
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 29, 2011 No. 1611 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 3, 2008 No. 321".
4. This resolution becomes effective since November 13, 2023.
