Sale of the goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification (further - goods), data on marking by means of identification of which are absent in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification (further - information system of monitoring)

from the date determined by the separate act of the Government of the Russian Federation (according to the database of codes of the identification provided by the subitem "b" of Item 10 of the Rules of application of prohibition of sales of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, means of identification, or the absence which are subject to obligatory marking in the specified state information system of necessary information, including the rules of receipt of information from the specified state information system approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2023 No. 1944 "About approval of the list of cases in case of which the sales of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, are prohibited based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods means of identification, or the absence which are subject to obligatory marking in the specified state information system of necessary information on such goods, and features of implementation of the specified prohibition concerning separate goods, and also Rules of application of prohibition of sales of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, means of identification, or the absence which are subject to obligatory marking in the specified state information system of necessary information, including rules of receipt of information from the specified state information system" (further - the database of codes of identification concerning the goods given to the seller by other participants of turnover of goods or made (imported) by it and also concerning which turnover is prohibited or suspended according to the decision of state control (supervision) bodies made within the established powers)

Sale of goods which at the time of check (according to the status of code of identification in information system of monitoring) the participant of turnover of goods of cases of prohibition of sale are removed from turnover

On May 1, 2025 (according to the database of commodity codes or codes of the identification provided by the subitem "an" of Item 10 of the Rules of application of prohibition of sales of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, means of identification, or the absence which are subject to obligatory marking in the specified state information system of necessary information, including the rules of receipt of information from the specified state information system approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2023 No. 1944 "About approval of the list of the cases in case of which the sales of goods, subject to obligatory marking by means of identification, are prohibited based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification or absence in the specified state information system of necessary information on such goods, and features of implementation of the specified prohibition concerning separate goods, and also Rules of application of prohibition of sales of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification based on information containing in the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods, means of identification, or the absence which are subject to obligatory marking in the specified state information system of necessary information, including rules of receipt of information from the specified state information system" (further - the database of commodity codes and (or) codes of identification concerning goods which turnover is prohibited or suspended according to the decision of state control (supervision) bodies made within the established powers), from date, the Russian Federation determined by the separate act of the Government (according to the database of codes of identification concerning the goods given to the seller by other participants of turnover of goods or made (imported) by it and also concerning which turnover is prohibited or suspended according to the decision of state control (supervision) bodies made within the established powers), - for sellers - large retail chain stores. At the same time the large retail chain stores are understood as set of 50 and more shopping facilities which belong legally to the business entity or several business entities entering one group of persons according to the Federal Law "About Protection of the Competition" or set of 50 and more shopping facilities which are used under single commercial designation or other means of individualization (further - large retail chain stores);

On March 1, 2025 (according to the database of commodity codes and (or) codes of identification concerning goods which turnover is prohibited or suspended according to the decision of state control (supervision) bodies made within the established powers), from the date determined by the separate act of the Government of the Russian Federation (according to the database of codes of identification concerning the goods given to the seller by other participants of turnover of goods or made (imported) by it and also concerning which turnover is prohibited or suspended according to the decision of state control (supervision) bodies made within the established powers), - for sellers, except for sellers - large retail chain stores

Sale of goods in case of absence in information system of monitoring of data on its input in turnover (except as specified when consumer or group packaging belongs to temporarily not traceable, and also cases of primary paid or voluntary conveyance of goods from the producer to the final consumer)
