About suspension of action of the Agreement on cooperation in fight against crimes in the field of economy regarding the relations of the government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Being guided by provisions of article 62 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties in connection with basic change of circumstances to stop action of the Agreement on cooperation in fight against crimes in the field of the economy made in Moscow on April 12, 1996 regarding the relations of the Government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to notify to depositary on suspension of operation of the Agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution regarding the relations of the Government of Ukraine with the governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
