Approve the enclosed Rules of transfer on storage, acceptance, accounting, storage of the passport (passports) of the citizen of the Russian Federation proving (proving) identity of the citizen of the Russian Federation outside the territory of the Russian Federation including containing (containing) electronic medium of information, and also its return to the owner after the expiration of temporary restriction of the right to departure from the Russian Federation or expiration of such passport (passports).
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 11, 2023.
