Some questions of determination of the prices of goods on which the export duty charged at the ad valorem rates is established by the law

According to paragraphs two, third and fifth Item 9-25 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for determination of the prices of goods on which the export duty charged at the ad valorem rates taking into account arithmetic-mean value of quotations of the prices at the international commodity exchanges, on components of such goods which are not objects of trade at the international commodity exchanges, or the prices in the domestic market of Ukraine is established by the law (in case of lack of the prices of components of such goods at the international commodity exchanges);

the list of the international commodity exchanges at which goods and/or components of these goods on which the export duty charged at the ad valorem rates is established by the law are objects of trade.

2. To the Ministry of Economics, environment and agricultural industry:

To enter 1) together with the state company "state information and analysis center of monitoring of the foreign goods markets" carrying out monthly monitoring:

the prices at the international commodity exchanges, objects of trade at which are goods and/or their components on which the export duty charged at the ad valorem rates is established by the law;

the prices in the domestic market of Ukraine of goods and/or their components on which the export duty charged at the ad valorem rates is established by the law (in case these goods and/or their components are not objects of trade at the international commodity exchanges);
