2. Recognize invalid some orders and structural elements of some orders of the Ministries of Labour and Social Protection of the population and health care and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 3 to this order.

3. To department of social security and social insurance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of the database of physical persons for whom compulsory pension contributions are listed compulsory pension contributions of the employer, compulsory professional pension contributions (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 125) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81, and determine procedure for forming of databases of physical persons for whom compulsory pension contributions, compulsory pension contributions of the employer, compulsory professional pension contributions are listed.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) - the legal entity created according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for rendering the state services according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of work on reception of applications on rendering the state services and issue of their results to uslugopoluchatel by the principle of "one window", ensuring rendering the state services electronically;

5) compulsory pension contributions (further - OPV) - the money placed according to the Code in ENPF according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) compulsory professional pension contributions (further - OPPV) - the money transferred by agents at the expense of own means in ENPF for benefit of workers borrowed at works with harmful working conditions which professions are provided by the list of productions, works, professions of workers;
