1. Approve:

1) Rules of exchange of electronic information resources between the organization for forming and maintaining the database and the insurer, the insurer and the insurer (insured, the beneficiary) according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) Rules of the direction the organization for forming and maintaining the database of the notification on the conclusion of the insurance contract and settlement of insured events according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) Requirements to the program technical means and Internet resources of the insurance (reinsurance) organization, branch of the insurance (reinsurance) nonresident organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan providing the conclusion of insurance contracts, exchange of electronic information resources between the insurer and the insurer according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 268 "About approval of Rules of exchange of electronic information resources between the insurer (insured, the beneficiary) and the insurer, Rules of the notification on the conclusion of the insurance contract and requirements to contents of the notification, Requirements to the program technical means and Internet resources of the insurance (reinsurance) organization providing the conclusion of insurance contracts, exchange of electronic information resources between the insurer and the insurer" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17824, it is published on December 12, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2) the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2019 No. 16 "About modification of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2018 No. 268 "About approval of Rules of exchange of electronic information resources between the insurer (insured, the beneficiary) and the insurer, Rules of the notification on the conclusion of the insurance contract and requirements to contents of the notification, Requirements to the program technical means and Internet resources of the insurance (reinsurance) organization providing the conclusion of insurance contracts, exchange of electronic information resources between the insurer and the insurer" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18311, it is published on March 11, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and item 4 of this resolution.

4. To management of the international relations and external communications to provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market Hadzhiyeva M. Zh.

6. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
