About establishment of additional decreasing coefficients to base rate of the rent

Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the amount of the rent when leasing the real estate approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2023 No. 138, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the additional decreasing coefficients applied to base rates when calculating rates of the rent when leasing capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, parking places, their parts which are in state-owned property, and also in property of economic societies, more than 50 percent of shares (share in authorized funds) of which are in property of the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative and territorial units:

1.1. 0, - – for the areas, leasable:

Belarusian innovative fund;

the religious organizations according to appendix 1;

Belkniga open joint stock company for realization of book products, for the term of 19 November of 2028 inclusive provided that the sales amount this open joint stock company of the book products connected with education, science and culture in prior year made more than 50 percent from the total amount of realization. In case of failure to carry out of this condition the called open joint stock company loses the right to use of the decreasing coefficient established in this subitem;

the republican unitary enterprise "Belsoyuzpechat" for trade implementation, for term is on November 19, 2028 inclusive;

Liberal democratic party of Belarus and its organizational structures;
