About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" rather financial provision of the sector of safety and defense and the solution of first-priority questions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023" of November 3, 2022 No. 2710-IX (with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of February 24, 2023 No. 2953-IX of March 21, 2023 No. 2992-IX and of June 29, 2023 No. 3166-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second figures "1.390.385.786", "1.233.790.794,1" and "156.594.991,9" to replace respectively with figures "1.416.448.786", "1.253.883.794,1" and "162.564.991,9";

in paragraph three of figure "3.075.879.922,4", "2.783.389.517,5" and "292.490.404, 9" to replace respectively with figures "3.392.956.975,8", "3.094.496.570,9" and "298.460.404,9";

in paragraph four of figure "17.513.465,2" and "13.955.383,"" to replace respectively with figures "17.863.465,2" and "14.305.383, 4";

in paragraph six of figure "1.719.686.961,9" and "1.543.924.363, 6" to replace respectively with figures "2.010.351.015, 3" and "1.834.588.417".

2. In article 5 of figure "6.197.105.268,2" to replace with figures "6.109.818.830,4".

3. To add article 10 paragraph two after words of "receipt from the European Union" with words "(except receipts within programs of budget support of the European Union in support of bystry recovery of Ukraine according to the Agreement between the government of Ukraine and the EU on financing of action "Support of bystry recovery of Ukraine")".

4. Add Article 11 with Item 11 of the following content:
