For the purpose of accomplishment of interstate procedures, according to article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Free-trade agreement services, organization, activities and implementation of investments of countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States signed on June 8, 2023 in the city of Sochi.
2. Determine the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic the authorized body responsible for implementation of the above-stated Agreement.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on accomplishment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the specified Agreement.
4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
