1. Establish temporary ban for a period of six months on export (export) from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of the catalysts which were in the use, applied on carriers from goods item of 3815 CN FEA EEU; the slag, ashes and remaining balance containing metals in the fulfilled catalysts suitable only for extraction of metal or for production of chemical reagents from goods item of 2620 CN FEA EEU; waste and the scrap of palladium, rhodium and platinum containing in the fulfilled catalysts used mainly for extraction of precious metals from goods item of 7112 CN FEA EEU; mufflers and exhaust pipes and their parts in the presence of catalysts from goods item of 8708 92 CN FEA EEU, entered after three days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to notify the World Trade Organization and the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure no later than three days from the effective date of this resolution to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on introduction of the temporary ban specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

4. To the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of illegal commodity exportation, specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of export ban (export) of catalysts, being in the use, slag, ashes and remaining balance of the precious metals containing in catalysts from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 28, 2023 No. 105.

7. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
