For the purpose of increase in efficiency of precautionary, liquidating, emergency and recovery, shore protection works and other actions in the sphere of protection of the population and the territories from emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature, according to Item 10 of part 3 of article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine that accomplishment of precautionary, liquidating, emergency and recovery and shore protection works, and also works on construction of the hydroconstructions and other objects which are directly connected with protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature can be performed by exclusively state companies under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
