About exit of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection from the Intra-European organization of tax administrations

Based on subitem 1-1.1 of Item 1-1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" and the paragraph of third of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection on exit it from the Intra-European organization of tax administrations.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus":

in preamble of the word "1.6 Items 1" shall be replaced with words "1-1.1 Items 1-1";

to exclude from subitem 5.15 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution, words of "The intra-European organization of tax administrations";

2.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2017 No. 877 "About cooperation with the international organizations and interstate educations":

to exclude the word "state" from Item 1;

in Item 2:

in subitem 2.1:

to exclude the word "state" from paragraph one of part one;
