About rates for realtor services
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish according to limiting appendix the maximum rates for the realtor services rendered to physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs) concerning premises, the parcels of land, dachas, garden lodges, garages, parking places (further if other is not provided, – real estate objects), including on realtor services in assistance in case of the conclusion, execution, the termination of purchase and sale agreements of real estate objects.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for establishment and application of rates for realtor services it (is applied).

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2012 No. 367 "About modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2008 No. 386".
