1. Appoint Fomenko Igor Aleksandrovich deputy minister of economy of Ukraine chairman of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control, having exempted A. Polishchuk from fulfillment of duties of the chairman of this Interdepartmental commission.
2. To submit to the chairman of the Interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control in two weeks in accordance with the established procedure proposals on staff of the Interdepartmental commission.
3. Recognize invalid Articles 1 and 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 11, 2019 as No. 896/2019 "Questions of the interdepartmental commission on policy of military and technical cooperation and export control".
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
