According to the paragraph the second item 4 of the Procedure for evaluating compliance of means of electronic identification in the context of schemes of electronic identification for their use in the field of the electronic control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2023 No. 417, of Items 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 856, I ORDER:
1. Approve form of data on means of electronic identification in the context of schemes of electronic identification for their use in the field of electronic control which is applied.
2. To submit to management of functional development of digitalization (Haleev A. P.) this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Vyskuba of A. A.
