About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship

Due to the functional and structural changes in system of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the List), according to appendix.

2. Direct the List specified in Item 1 of this resolution to consideration in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Ask Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic to consider question of approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship in extraordinary procedure.

4. Appoint the Minister of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic the official representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to consideration of the specified List by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2021 No. 310;

2) Item 7 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency on control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic products under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 15, 2022 No. 510.

6. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
