For the purpose of realization of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions since October 1, 2023" of September 13, 2023 No. 235, according to item 4 of article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve since October 1, 2023 coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions for pensions to thirty thousand som in the amount of 1,38.
2. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
To index 1) since October 1, 2023 the sizes of insurance parts of the pensions granted till October 1, 2023 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" on coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions in the amount of 1,38 for pensions to thirty thousand som, but for 500 (five hundred) som at least;
2) to provide recalculation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions and their payment in new sizes.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
