About limiting establishment of the size of the expenses on preparation of the offer on the conclusion of the concessionary agreement refunded to person who took the initiative of the conclusion of the concessionary agreement

Determine that the extreme size of the expenses on preparation of the offer on the conclusion of the concessionary agreement refunded to person who took the initiative of the conclusion of the concessionary agreement cannot exceed 2 percent from amount of the investments declared in the draft of the concessionary agreement (the extreme size of expenses on creation and (or) reconstruction of subject of the concessionary agreement, which is supposed to perform the concessionary) prepared by such person and placed according to article 37 of the Federal law "About Concessionary Agreements" on the official site of the Russian Federation on the Internet for placement of information on the tendering determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of July 10, 2023 No. 296-FZ "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
