The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Perform since October 1, 2023 indexation of amount of remuneration of the lawyer who is involved in criminal case to destination of the investigator, the investigator or court using 1,055 coefficient.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 22 (1) Regulations on compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1240 "About procedure and the amount of compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of the case by Arbitration Court, civil case, administrative case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of Council of Ministers of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7058; 2015, No. 35, Art. 4983; 2018, No. 6, Art. 890; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2588; 2021, No. 37, Art. 6511; 2022, No. 27, Art. 4852).

2. Add the subitem "b" with the paragraph of the following content:

"since October 1, 2023 in one day of participation at night - 2859 rubles, in one day of participation which is in the non-working holiday or in the day off including night time, - 3193 rubles, in the rest of the time in one day of participation - 2118 rubles;".

3. Add the subitem "v" with the paragraph of the following content:

"since October 1, 2023 in one day of participation at night - 2403 rubles, in one day of participation which is in the non-working holiday or in the day off including night time, - 2722 rubles, in the rest of the time in one day of participation - 1882 rubles;".

4. Add the subitem "g" with the paragraph of the following content:

"since October 1, 2023 in one day of participation at night - 1948 rubles, in one day of participation which is in the non-working holiday or in the day off including night time, - 2249 rubles, in the rest of the time in one day of participation - 1646 rubles.".
