Procedure for establishment of the periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operations for preferential calculation of length of service (working life) for pension accrual

1. The procedure for establishment of the periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operation for preferential calculation of length of service (working life) for pension accrual (further - the Procedure) regulates process of preferential calculation of service length of the military personnel, employees and specialists of relevant organs of the government.

2. The periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operations are the periods of involvement of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan, Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, Agency on control of drugs in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, National guard of the Republic of Tajikistan, Committee on emergency situations and civil defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and other authorized bodies for conducting anti-terrorist operations and their direct participation in venues of anti-terrorist operations.

3. One day of participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operation is equated by three days of general length of service (working life).

4. The periods of direct participation of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies in anti-terrorist operations are established for preferential calculation of length of service (working life) according to the order or the resolution of the first head of body at which the military service, and also other relevant organs (person, it replacing) with indication of the term of involvement of the military personnel to anti-terrorist operation with the right of its prolongation in case of need is established.

5. At the order and the resolution names, surnames and positions of the military personnel, employees and specialists of the relevant state bodies are entered.
