1. Approve the enclosed Provision of republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Provision of republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing within competence according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan control and realizable functions in the sphere of architectural, town-planning and construction activities, the housing relations, municipal services, state regulation in the field of water supply and water disposal, heat supply (except the combined heat and power plants and boiler rooms performing production of heat energy in zone of centralized heat supply) within settlements, and also in the sphere of equity in housing construction.

Brings 5) within the competence in state bodies of the offer on cancellation or change of the acts adopted by them violating the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

7) adopts legal acts, obligatory for execution, within the competence;

8) provides realization of the tasks and functions assigned to Committee;

9) is observed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is right also the physical persons and legal entities protected by the law interests;

10) makes explanations and comments on the questions entering competence of Committee;

11) represents required materials and references within the competence and within the legislation in case of official request for it by structural divisions of the Ministry and state bodies;
