About temporary solutions of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on regulation of activities of JSC National Bank of Development of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring steady activities, and also goal achievement and tasks, effective realization of the functions of JSC National Bank of Development of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Development bank) provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National bank of development of the Kyrgyz Republic", to the Board of directors of Development bank:

1) to organize adequate and effective risk management system and internal control of Development bank and to provide its proper functioning;

2) to establish limits of the risks connected with operating and investing activities of Development bank, and also internal standard rates and restrictions on amounts of the performed operations of Development bank;
