For the purpose of optimization of activities of cultural institutions and art, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Rename the state company for development of book publishing and system of distribution "The Kyrgyz китеп" under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic into the state company "Kyrgyz Madaniyat Service" under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyz Madaniyat Service" under the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard limiting states of cultural institutions, arts and information" of August 18, 2017 No. 495 the following change:
