2. Approve Regulations on "Center of Independent Certification and Validation" organization under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 72 the following changes:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following changes:

The "Center of Independent Certification and Validation" organization under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center) is the subordinated organization of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic performing the activities directed to improvement of quality of professional education in the Kyrgyz Republic through independent assessment of competences/qualifications and also recognitions of informal education.
