The annual statement for 2022 about program implementation of privatization of state-owned property for 2017-2020.

1. General provisions

1. This report on program implementation of privatization of state-owned property (further - the Report) is submitted according to article 12 of part 1 of the Item of the Law "About Privatization of State-owned Property".

2. The report covers 2022 calendar year (further – the accounting period).

3. In the accounting period the Law "About the Privatization Program of State-owned Property for 2017-2020" was effective (further – the Program). According to article 4 of part 2 of the Law "About Privatization of State-owned Property", "the companies (company) and "small" objects included in lists of the previous programs, but not privatized are part of the new program from the moment of its entry into force".

4. The actions performed by the government during the accounting period were directed to realization of the purposes established by the program.

5. For the accounting period decisions of the Government on privatization of the state shares of 3 companies and 55 fixed assets, privatizeable are made, from them the state shares of 1 company and 55 fixed assets were privatized by means of classical auction, in the form of direct sale, shares of 1 state company.

6. For the accounting period the following addition was made to the program:

"About entering of amendments into the law "About the Privatization Program of State-owned Property for 2017-2020" of July 7, 2022, ZR-282, the first appendix to the program is added with the Section "The ministry of territorial administration and infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia: Armenikum Ltd (code 90125) and Ger-Ger Gidroelektrostantion Ltd (code 90126).

In the accounting period in the form of direct sales the stocks of 1 company included in the Program owned by the state, information on which is provided in appendix 2 of the Law "About Approval of the Report on Accomplishment for 2022 the Privatization Program of State-owned Property for 2017-2020", were privatized.

13. As a result of the privatization transactions obligation fulfillment accepted under agreements it is performed as follows:

1) under agreements of privatization of state-owned property during 2022 the obligations on preserving profile accepted by two buyers are executed;

2) Data on accomplishment by buyers of the privatized subjects of the obligations on maintenance of profile which are subject to accomplishment during the accounting period are provided on separate objects in appendix 3 to the law "About Approval of the Report on Accomplishment for 2022 the Privatization Program of State-owned Property for 2017-2020".

14. During the accounting period the liquidation procedure of the company was not carried out.

3. Privatization of "small" objects

15. For the accounting period any "small" object was not privatized.
