About functioning of the register of public electronic registers

According to Article part two 40, of item 4 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public electronic registers" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

The enclosed Procedure for maintaining the Register of public electronic registers;

the technical description (specification) on software and hardware tools of the enclosed Register of public electronic registers;

the list of qualifiers, reference books, technical specifications, etc. which are obligatory to use in public electronic registers, according to appendix.

2. Enter the enclosed changes to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

4. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation:

creation of the Register of public electronic registers based on the National register of electronic information resources by modification of such National register;

development of software product "The register of public electronic registers" by upgrade of program complex of the National register of electronic information resources;

creation and commissioning of software and hardware tools of the Register of public electronic registers, including means technical and cryptographic information protection, according to the approved technical description (specification).

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 3 of this resolution and Items 1-3 of the changes made to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.

Procedure for maintaining register of public electronic registers

1. This Procedure determines functionality of the Register of public electronic registers (further - the Register of registers), requirements to its maintaining and administration, the procedure of entering of information into the Register of registers, and also other questions of its functioning.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following sense:

the administrator of the public electronic register, the State electronic platform of maintaining public electronic registers, the holder of the public electronic register, the integrated information system, the user of register information, the public electronic register, register information, register number, the creator of register information, the technical administrator of the register - in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About public electronic registers" (dalee-Zakon);
