For the purpose of strengthening of the requirements connected with information security in banks according to requirements of international standards, based on article 38.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About banks" and article 22.0.17 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "About the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of 28.03.2024 No. 14/2

2. The "Procedure for information security management in banks" approved by part of 1 this Resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2022, and from this date part of 1 Resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 10, 2014 No. 26/4 "About approval of "Safety rules of information systems for banks" is cancelled.

3. Charge to Legal department (R. Melikov) to provide in 3-day time submission of this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic for entering into the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.
