1. Approve enclosed:
1) Allowing requirements to experts-auditors in confirmation of conformity, the list of the documents confirming compliance to them according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) Rules of certification, prolongation of action of certificates of experts-auditors in confirmation of conformity and rendering the state service "Certification of the Expert-auditor in Confirmation of Conformity" according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. To provide to committee of technical regulation and metrology of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) the direction of information on the made changes and (or) additions in Single contact center, to the operator of information and communication infrastructure of "the electronic government", within three working days from the date of state registration.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

General requirements.". Duration of carrying out rates on training of the physical persons applying in experts-auditors in confirmation of conformity of products is made by at least eighty class periods. In case of lack in the Republic of Kazakhstan of conditions for passing of rates on preparation, retraining on the new directions of certification, passing of rates outside the Republic of Kazakhstan of at least forty class periods is allowed. |
