About approval of standard structure and the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations
For the purpose of the effective organization of activities of local public administrations, according to article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- standard structure of offices of local public administrations according to appendix 1;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of Batken Province according to appendix 2;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of the Jalal-Abad region according to appendix 3;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of the Issyk kul region according to appendix 4;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of the Naryn region according to appendix 5;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of the Osh region according to appendix 6;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of the Talas region according to appendix 7;
- the extreme number of staff of offices of local public administrations of Chuy Region according to appendix 8.
2. To local public administrations to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. Recognize invalid:

The number of workers of junior service personnel is determined according to the established regulations within the corresponding salary fund of MGA. (*) - in MGA, the extreme number of staff over 15 established posts of the main personnel, within the corresponding salary fund based on the chief specialists/leaders of specialists/specialists are created one more structural division with observance of the minimum regulations of established posts of managerial structures of the state bodies approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. |
