the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 5, 2009 No. 900 "About modification of Rules of the address of persons which were affected by radiation owing to catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP, and also owing to nuclear testing at Semipalatinsk Test Site, and the categories of citizens equated to them behind provision of social services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 46, the Art. 5493);
