1. Approve Regulations on procedure for serial registration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities in offices of notary public, according to appendix.

2. Make state registration of this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (B. Boliyev) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of departmental regulatory legal acts.

3. The REGISTRY OFFICE (D. Yakubov) and to Management of systematization of the legislation and legal information (D. Sajdullayev) to provide to management of notariate, legal profession and bodies bringing this departmental regulatory legal act to data of all interested persons and publication in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of typlama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on procedure for serial registration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities in notary offices

This Provision according to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 13, 2018 No. PP-3666, determines procedure for serial registration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities in notary offices.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Physical persons and legal entities (further - the addressed persons) have the right to address to notary offices directly or by phone, in writing or electronically, including through the Single portal of interactive state services of the Republic of Uzbekistan or information portal of "E-notarius.uz" (further - information and communication technologies) in certain time, convenient for them.

2. Addresses are registered the notary or his employees by means of the automated information system "Notary" in the Electronic list of serial registration of addresses (further - the electronic list).

3. The electronic list is kept by each notary separately by means of the automated information system "Notary".

4. The working days and operating time of notaries of offices of notary public are established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, justice departments of areas and the city of Tashkent.

In case of establishment of the working days and operating time of notaries of offices of notary public making of notarial actions by certain office of notary public or the notary on Saturday and to Sundays of week, except as specified implementation of activities only by one notary within the area (city) of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regional subordination is provided.

13-3. Addresses about preparation of the relevant documents for registration of notarial action with the preliminary direction of necessary data by means of information and communication technologies shall be certified by the digital signature of the addressed persons.
