2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 1, 2003 No. 634 "About approval of Rules of purpose of retirement benefits by the serviceman, to the staff of law-enforcement bodies, Committee of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, bodies of financial police and fire service which gives the special ranks and to whom the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the staff of law-enforcement bodies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 28, of the Art. 265) extends;

These rules of appointment and implementation of retirement benefits, the state base retirement benefit, payments of the public basic social benefits to the military personnel, staff of special state and law enforcement agencies which gives the special ranks and class ranks except for of customs authorities, and also to persons which right to have military or special ranks, class ranks and to wear uniform are abolished since January 1, 2012 (further - Rules), are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 1997 "About provision of pensions in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of June 16, 1997 "About the public social benefits on disability, on the occasion of loss of the supporter and on age in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for appointment and implementation of retirement benefits, the state base retirement benefit and payments of the public basic social benefits for disability, on the occasion of loss of the supporter, above-stated category of persons.
