1. Impose ban for a period of six months on import of wheat (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 100119; 100199):

on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan road transport from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union;

on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by rail from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for import of wheat by rail to licensed elevators, processors of grain, the poultry-farming companies and transit of wheat through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) to create and send the list of licensed elevators, processors of grain, the poultry-farming companies to joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication, except for paragraph two of Item 1 of this order which becomes effective since October 11, 2023.
